How to clean our hands properly-
Hand washing is part of everyone's daily routines.
Let's learn the seven steps of hand washing
First wet hands under running water then keep hands away from the running water
Apply liquid soap and rub hands together to make a soapy lather in accordance with the seven steps of hand washing-
- palm
- back of hands
- finger webs
- back of fingers
- thumbs
- finger tips
- wrist

Rub hands for at least 20 seconds.
After rubbing rinse hands throughly under running water then tray hands throughly with either a clean cotton towel or a paper towel or a hand dryer.
Do not touch the water tap directly again with your clean hand.
Use paper towel to wrap the faucet before turning it off.
When hands are not visibly soiled you can also use 70% to 80% alcohol based hand rub to clean your hands.
Apply aquite amount of alcohol based hand rub onto your palm and then rub your hands according to seven steps for at least 20 seconds until the hands are dry.
How to wear surgical mask
Wash your hands properly before wearing a mask.
Most surgical mask adopt a 3 layer design- which includes an outer fluid repelling layer a middle layer serving as a barrier to germs and an inner moisture absorbing layer.
Do not wear the mask inside out.
Avoid touching the mask afterwards otherwise wash your hands before and after touching the mask.
Before taking off the mask wash your hands first hold both the ear loops and take off the mask gently avoid touching the outside of masks then discard in a littered rubbish bin.
Remember to wash your hands immediately.
Mask should not be reused, replace the mask immediately if it is damaged or soiled.

-make sure to change your towel after 1-3 uses.

Not maintaining a good oral hygiene can lead to several dental problems and can also result in bad breath.

Stay Smooth
Stop the germ leadup by getting rid of the hair from your underarms.
This will make sure that the hair doesn't trap the bacteria and you don't have to worry about the odour.
Toe smells good
While you take care of the rest of your body, taking care of your feet is equally important.
Dip your feet in warm water mixed vinegar and salt, sit back and relax for 10-15 minutes and than scrub all the dead skin.
