Everyone like different-different type of teas, but it's about which tea is healthier and can help you in several problems related to your health, not all type of teas can suites you it's depend on your body functions.

May be some or many people don't know all type of teas, they only know is red tea, green tea, black tea, and basically most favourite tea in India is normal milk tea.

1. Peppermint Tea

Peppermint is simply a combination of boiled water and fresh peppermint leaves.
Drinking this tea regularly helps the body to digest food more efficiently, and therefore is brilliant for weight loss.
It also helps to suppress the appetite, so it can be great to drink whilst you're on a diet. It is effective for stomach pain.and also effective in diarrhea, bloating and gas.
This is natural muscle relaxant which helps to sooth your muscles after a workout or strenuous day.
It also helps to sooth and relax the throat after long sessions of singing or shouting if you have to use your voice a lot. Inhaling the steam and aroma from this tea can help to treat chest congestion when you have cough and help relieve the sinuses when they are blocked.
it is effective in nausea and also if you want a good sleep drink it before sleeping this will help you to drift into a wonderful sleep.

How to make-
  • Take 4 cups of water heat it, mix 1-3 bunches of peppermint leaves in water in water when it start boiling.
  • Boil it for 7-10 minutes then pour it in cup and after that mix honey or sugar whatever you like.
Peppermint can also help with scalp problems such as dandruff use it externally for hairs.
Regular consumption will also reduce oily skin which can often cause spots, pimples and acne.
You can make peppermint tea by using either fresh or dried leaves, for the very best flavour and nutrients use fresh leaves.

Matcha Tea

It's basically a green tea but it's not like other teas where you just take a little tea bag in dip it into hot water, and throw it.

How to make - Get some water and warm it up to 80 degrees or bring it to boil and then cool it down to gets to 80 degree, pour some of this water into a bowl then threw it out it was just to set bowl's temperature now take some Matcha green tea and a little scoop worth of it and sift it through a sieve, this is just to get rid of any lumps.
Mix tiny amount of water and then just whisk it.after that mix more water in this and then whisk again in zig-zag motion keep whisking it until you get a nice foam, and then take it in cup after that mix water that warmed up to 80 degree, then it's done.

Matcha contains nutrients, caffeine and antioxidants you typically find in a standard green tea.
It's high in antioxidants, antioxidants help stabilize harmful free  radicals, which are compounds that can damage cells and cause chronic disease.

It's a plant with many nutrition benefits, not only does it lowers cholesterol it also lowers your blood pressure and blood sugar  level.

It bring down your anxiety level and it helps in your digestion, and also help in weight management. 
It's like powerhouse of lots of good nutrients.;
Low blood pressure patients should avoid this, it will give negative effect to them, because it lowers blood pressure level.
If you are taking any Hormonal pills or if you are pregnant avoid it, don't try it.

How to make-

For one cup-  Take Hibiscus flower, remove all parts from flower, use only red petals of it, wash them before using.
Boil water and once it cones to boil, pour it over the petals.
Cover the pot and let the colour from the flowers steep into the water, steep for 10-12 minutes strain the tea, add lemon juice in it, you can also add honey if you want, add some ice cubes in glass and pour the tea over. It's ready to drink or serve.

You can also use dried flower petals and also you can store them.

This tea helps in respiratory issues like throat cold and coughs.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is famous Chinese tea it's unique because it is half fermented so you should avoid drinking it before going to sleep.

How to make- Use teapot to make this tea, before using pour some water in it and clean it, after that pour 5 grams of Oolong tea in the teapot.
First pour in water at 95 degree centigrade to clean the tea, remove the water.
Next pour in water at 95 degree again to prepare tea you can serve it directly or brew 1-2 minutes to give your tea stronger taste.
Before serving transfer to another teapot using a filter to block the leaves.
